Cookies: this website does not set any cookies of its own, and we do not use advertising cookies.

Who processes it

Dodo Payments handles payments as our merchant of record. DataForSEO and Google PageSpeed run the search and website-speed checks in your audit. Amazon SES sends our emails. Hetzner hosts this website, and Cloudflare protects it and speeds it up. Each only gets what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your details.

Your client dashboard

Once you are a client, your dashboard has its own, fuller privacy policy covering calls, call recordings, the AI voice assistant and marketing data from accounts you connect. Read it at app.softscotch.com/privacy.

How long we keep it

We keep audit and customer details for as long as we need them to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting duties, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
